Anforderungen
- University degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years relevant professional experience in financial planning, controlling, or analysis
- Advanced Excel capabilities
- Strong practical experience with ERP systems
- Advanced data-management and visualization skills, including Power BI
- AI-native mindset, applying AI tools for reporting efficiency and analytical quality
- Strong analytical skills, translating financial data into actionable insights
- Cross-functional collaboration skills, effective with various stakeholders
- Hands-on, detail-oriented approach supporting standardization and process improvement
- Rigorous, organized, respecting timelines and deadlines, flexible with changing priorities
- Strong analytical and project/team management skills, innovative thinking

- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team
- Fluency in German at native level and proficiency in English at business level, written and spoken
Aufgaben
- Contribute to financial planning and controlling across DACH region
- Support business units' commercial, medical, and access functions
- Administer rolling P&L, incorporating monthly insights
- Plan and control direct product costs
- Monitor and analyze product cost trends and variances
- Prepare and deliver performance reports
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of performance reports
- Coordinate ERP-related non-FTE OPEX activities
- Support ERP planning processes
- Maintain cost center reports
- Provide cost center controlling support
- Standardize analytics and reporting processes
- Identify and implement quality improvements in reporting
- Support data management in Finance & Logistics
- Improve time efficiency and quality of reporting tools
- Collaborate on reporting tool and data infrastructure evolution
