- Initial practical experience in Controlling or FP&A
- Very good Excel skills; Power BI is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and structured, reliable working style
- Interest in cost management, reporting, and financial analysis
- Business-fluent German and English skills
Aufgaben
- Support disciplined overhead cost management
- Ensure reliable, timely regional reporting
- Build Financial Planning & Analysis competencies
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and actuals analysis
- Prepare and present monthly variance analyses
- Track accruals and cost developments
- Ensure quality in cost tracking
- Prepare reporting files and commentary
- Contribute to monthly regional reporting
- Conduct cost, headcount, and overhead analyses
- Prepare dashboards and presentations
- Create decision-making materials
- Maintain consistent, high-quality data across systems
