Anforderungen
- 7+ years FP&A experience in multi-national/global Pharma/Biotech (R&D/Supply Chain)
- Strong end-to-end product lifecycle experience (desirable)
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders in global organization
- Master’s degree or equivalent (preferred in business/finance/accounting)
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning understanding
- Solid understanding of product costing, inventory, supply chain finance
- Hands-on experience with financial planning/reporting tools (SAP BPC, SAC, Power BI, similar)
- US GAAP knowledge (plus)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication skills with external/internal partners
- Clear sense of priorities, meeting deadlines, timely planning
- Autonomous working-style
- Fluent English; German is an asset
Aufgaben
- Partner strategically with Research, Clinical Development, and TechOps
- Provide financial insights to senior stakeholders
- Drive financial visibility on pipeline assets
- Contribute to pipeline strategy and product lifecycle management
- Lead budget, forecast, and long-range planning for R&D functions
- Manage monthly closing and performance reporting
- Conduct variance analysis for R&D and supply chain
- Own and improve the product costing framework
- Manage standard and actual costing
- Perform variance analysis and inventory valuation
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Support annual budget consolidation
- Maintain KPIs and quarterly forecasts
- Contribute to regular and ad-hoc financial tasks
