Anforderungen

  • •10+ years of relevant finance experience
  • •Three years experience in manufacturing environment
  • •Track record influencing cross-functional teams
  • •Excellent organizational agility and interpersonal skills
  • •Understanding of production cost accounting systems

Aufgaben

  • •Provide financial leadership to the PT Strategy head
  • •Steer business outcomes through trusted leadership relationships
  • •Integrate operational knowledge with financial acumen
  • •Introduce robust investment controlling across functions
  • •Present financial data for OPEX and CAPEX business cases
  • •Surface risks and recommend course correction actions
  • •Apply rigor to business case reviews
  • •Enable transparency for decision-making under uncertainty
  • •Collaborate on end-to-end Cell and Gene Therapy activities
  • •Support the PT Finance Network's changing priorities
  • •Model visionary and catalyst leadership behaviors
  • •Lead effectively across global and site teams
  • •Leverage data to influence business priorities
