- Hands-on experience with low-code orchestration tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato)
- Experience with CRM automation (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Practical understanding of AI workflow configuration
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in telephony, voice, or contact center systems
- Familiarity with BI and analytics tools (Looker, BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Exposure to scripting (JavaScript/Python)
Aufgaben
- Lead customer discovery and design sessions
- Map business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Define solution architecture
- Design, build, and deploy integrations using low/no-code platforms
- Utilize CRM automation tools with API connectors
- Collaborate with Engineering to validate technical feasibility
- Resolve blockers and share field learnings
- Configure and optimize the AI Agent
- Define intents, prompts, actions, and performance metrics
- Manage complex, cross-functional deployments
- Define timelines and align stakeholders
- Ensure accountability and deliver on time
- Create scalable models and reusable frameworks
- Champion continuous learning and enablement
- Train peers and run internal workshops
- Document best practices to raise technical standards
- Run global outbound campaigns within the customer base
- Generate pipeline and accelerate adoption
- Collaborate with GTM leadership for accountability
- Own regional top-line targets for assigned products
- Define product-specific MRR strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional support
- Shape the AI Voice Agent roadmap with Product and PMM
- Drive internal and external product education
- Maintain awareness of AI and CX industry trends
- Deliver high-quality, scalable AI Agent deployments
- Shorten time-to-first-value for SMB customers
- Create reusable frameworks actively used by peers
- Enhance platform capabilities through collaboration
- Demonstrate leadership in team enablement and upskilling
- Drive improvements in customer metrics and revenue impact
