Aufgaben
- Lead technical Proofs of Value in customer environments
- Install and configure the SDA platform
- Validate platform capabilities alongside customer IT and OT teams
- Resolve networking, security, and automation workflow blockers
- Act as the primary technical contact during onboarding
- Capture and translate customer feedback into product insights
- Partner with Engineering to prioritize product roadmap improvements
- Support sales calls and demos as a technical expert
- Enable internal teams with execution-grounded technical knowledge
- Create reusable technical assets and training content
- Develop webinars, whitepapers, and technical solution guides
- Produce technical demos and recorded video presentations
