Anforderungen
- MS in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- Production-level proficiency in C++ and Python
- Developing software interfacing with robotics hardware
- Robotics hardware and software integration experience
- Proficiency in networking concepts (IPv4, TCP/IP, Subnetting)
- Proficiency in Linux networking tools
- Practical experience with perception sensors and pipelines
- Knowledge in embedded systems communication protocols
- Strong experience with ROS2 and DDS
- Excellent communication skills for customer management
- Flexibility to travel to customer sites
- Familiarity with Deep Learning concepts
- Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning concepts
Aufgaben
- Act as technical owner for key customer accounts
- Ensure successful integrations of Flexion's stack on customer hardware
- Lead on-site deployments at customer facilities
- Write code during deployments
- Support the software lifecycle from initial bring-up to daily operations
- Triage and resolve full-stack issues
- Address issues across software, hardware interfaces, and system integration
- Provide remote and on-site support for issue resolution
- Partner with R&D and Product teams
- Expand deployments and unblock customer rollouts
- Capture logs and failure modes
- Relay actionable feedback to engineering for product improvements
- Create technical documentation
- Maintain deployment runbooks
- Develop operations manuals
