Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years automotive industry experience, focus on design and process FMEA
- Strong knowledge of FMEA methodology and standards (AIAG-VDA, ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Proven experience with APIS IQRM Pro FMEA Software
- Excellent English communication skills, ability to explain technical information
- Strong moderation skills, experience leading cross-functional teams
- Collaborative team player, effective cross-functional and cross-cultural work
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage FMEA sessions
- Willingness to travel within EMIA region for FMEA activities
Aufgaben
- Support planning, moderation, and documentation of FMEA workshops
- Ensure effective risk identification and mitigation
- Prepare Product and Process Risk Reports
- Align reports with automotive standards and customer requirements
- Monitor FMEA action effectiveness
- Ensure timely completion of FMEA actions
- Escalate delays in FMEA actions
- Develop company-specific FMEA modules
- Standardize and improve risk analysis processes
- Review and update FMEAs regularly
- Incorporate lessons learned into product design and production
