Financial Planning Analyst(m/w/x)
As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will collaborate with business partners to prepare budgets and forecasts, monitor costs, and provide insightful management reports. This role involves enhancing financial control and supporting key initiatives to drive informed decision-making.
Anforderungen
- 2–3 years of experience in Financial Controlling or FP&A
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of Hyperion and SAP
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Proven capability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines

Aufgaben
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts with business partners
- Consolidate the European P&L budget and reforecast within deadlines
- Monitor costs against budgets and forecasts, identifying overspend areas
- Support business partners with cost tracking and variance analysis
- Prepare management reports and KPIs with insightful analysis
- Deliver commentary and variance analysis for monthly and quarterly closings
- Coordinate with the Accounting team to enhance reporting accuracy
- Build capital expenditure requests and business cases for projects
- Support implementation of financial control initiatives and ad-hoc projects
- Maintain Hyperion Planning and Reporting tools for data integrity
- Assist with SOX compliance activities and ad-hoc analytical requests
