Anforderungen

• Diploma or degree in HR or Economics
• Professional qualification and 5 years payroll experience
• Knowledge of payroll, labor, and tax law
• Experience in multi-national organizations
• Very good administrative and organizational skills
• Fluent English and preferably French or German
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Workday knowledge as a plus
• Accurate working and attention to detail
• Discretion with sensitive information
• Service-oriented working method
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible mindset and ability to prioritize

Aufgaben

• Manage payroll for international markets
• Ensure timely payments to employees and third parties
• Coordinate with external payroll providers
• Submit monthly payroll data and review reports
• Approve final versions of employee payslips
• Request approval for net employee payments
• Liaise with treasury on tax and pension payments
• Communicate with health insurances and tax authorities
• Provide journal entries and accruals to accounting
• Perform payroll reconciliations when necessary
• Handle auditor requests for statutory financial statements
• Resolve employee payroll and tax inquiries professionally
• Execute SOX controls at the European level
• Prepare standard and ad hoc payroll reports
• Track statistics and key performance indicators
• Manage social security and tax audits
• Maintain up-to-date standard operating procedures
• Support and collaborate on various projects
