Anforderungen
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Several years of experience in asset management or alternative investments, ideally with private markets exposure
- Solid understanding of fund/vehicle structures, financial data flows, and reporting processes in Private Markets
- Experience with eFront or reporting tools like Power BI (strong plus)
- Advanced MS Excel skills; VBA, Power Query, or Power Automate knowledge (advantage)
- Experience applying generative AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) for operational efficiency
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver under pressure
- Proactive, process-oriented attitude with interest in automation and improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in international environment
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); German or other languages (asset)
Aufgaben
- Prepare reports and perform analytical work for Private Equity and Infrastructure Funds & Co-Investments (IFCO) strategy
- Provide insights into fund performance, transactions, and portfolio development
- Manage data handling and reporting activities for both strategies
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across systems and reports
- Maintain and reconcile financial and transactional data in eFront and other internal databases
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with source systems
- Create reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to transparency and understanding of fund activities and performance
- Support ongoing data governance and quality assurance initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal standards
- Collaborate with investment teams, operations, risk, compliance, and external service providers
- Ensure smooth data and reporting flows
- Identify and support process automation and efficiency improvements
- Leverage digital tools and data-driven solutions
