Anforderungen
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Extensive experience in group reporting, consolidation, financial controlling, accounting governance, or corporate finance in international environment
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidation principles, financial reporting, month-end closing, provisions, accruals, and balance sheet management
- Ability to analyze complex financial topics, challenge assumptions, and deliver high-quality results with accuracy and ownership
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills with solid business impact understanding
- Experience partnering across multiple entities, functions, and stakeholders in international organization
- Ability to drive process improvements, digitalization initiatives, and finance transformation projects
- Strong command of Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools; HFM/Hyperion, Power BI, SAP BI, or similar platforms experience is an advantage
- Fluent English; German is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Ensure accurate, reliable, and timely financial reporting
- Support key management and corporate reporting requirements
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly consolidation processes
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with Group standards
- Coordinate key accounting topics across international entities
- Support resolution of complex accounting and audit-related matters
- Transform financial data into clear analyses
- Provide management information to support business decisions
- Collaborate with Finance teams, Shared Services, and auditors
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Collaborate with business stakeholders for effective issue resolution
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes
- Identify opportunities to improve closing processes
- Identify opportunities to improve governance processes
- Drive standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement
