Aufgaben
- Own day-to-day preparatory bookkeeping
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness of financial data
- Take full responsibility for general ledger reconciliations
- Handle accruals, fixed assets, and AR/AP positions
- Support and improve monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Prepare internal financial reports
- Ensure consistency across all finance outputs
- Act as key interface to external accounting firm
- Ensure high-quality, timely deliverables
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership
- Address accounting, tax, and finance-related topics
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes
- Redesign workflows to improve efficiency
- Drive automation in accounting processes
- Automate data capture, reconciliation, and reporting
- Leverage AI tools to reduce manual effort
- Improve data quality and accelerate closing cycles
- Use AI and modern tools to handle repetitive tasks
- Build workflows for automatic data flow from source to reporting
- Reduce dependency on manual bookings and reconciliations
- Minimize use of Excel-based processes
- Continuously question manual processes
- Replace manual tasks with scalable solutions
- Help define a lean, high-output finance function
