You will take full ownership of the German bookkeeping, from migrating data into DATEV to optimizing automated workflows and ensuring every month-end close is audit-ready and accurate.

• •Success transitioning external bookkeeping to in-house
• •Experience integrating spend tools with DATEV
• •Strong intercompany and multi-entity experience

Aufgaben

• •Manage end-to-end in-house bookkeeping using DATEV Rechnungswesen
• •Execute month-end close checklists
• •File accurate and timely VAT returns
• •Migrate accounting data and workflows from external partners
• •Establish SOPs and structured DATEV environments
• •Maintain intercompany billing and monthly reconciliations
• •Enforce consistent documentation across all entities
• •Provide validated schedules for group reporting
• •Integrate Yokoy and feeder systems with DATEV
• •Design standardized procure-to-pay and expense workflows
• •Eliminate posting errors through root-cause automation
• •Post and reconcile payroll-related entries
• •Flag financial risks to ensure audit readiness
• •Coach and support junior team members
