Anforderungen

University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
At least 3 years relevant experience in Regulatory Reporting and/or controlling, ideally within financial institution
Strong understanding of German regulatory reporting requirements
Good knowledge of HGB; IFRS familiarity advantageous
Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools; VBA or SQL knowledge beneficial
Familiarity with German regulatory and tax framework is an asset
Structured, analytical and detail-oriented working approach
High level of reliability and ownership
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities within a small team
Confident communication skills and professional interaction with regulators, auditors and internal stakeholders
Flexible, collaborative and comfortable operating in an international environment

Contribute analytical insights to portfolio controlling
Contribute analytical insights to management reporting
Prepare financial analyses for local Management
Prepare decision-relevant reports for local Management
Act as contact for internal auditors
Act as contact for external auditors
Provide support in local accounting processes
Contribute to process improvements
Contribute to automation initiatives
