Aufgaben
- Provide financial support and guidance to the IAS BU General Manager
- Develop long-range strategic plans with the management team
- Identify and implement strategic initiatives for business growth
- Manage annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for the IAS BU
- Prepare timely management reporting packages
- Lead monthly financial operational reviews with the IAS team
- Enhance P&L forecast accuracy through standard work implementation
- Monitor risks and opportunities for the business unit
- Collaborate with Product Lines team to model service growth potential
- Understand installed base and product lifecycle profitability
- Improve Inquiry to Order reporting for the IAS BU
- Support project contract negotiations and manage commercial finance items
- Assist in SAP rollout and new consolidation tool implementation
- Manage and coach a team of financial analysts
- Identify best practices and resources across European sites
- Act as a senior finance leader to support business leaders during escalations
