- Proficiency with ERP system SAP and MS Office

- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, early risk identification
- Proven leadership capabilities, high assertiveness, excellent communication/teamwork
- Very good written/spoken German and English command
Aufgaben
- Lead the Finance organization at the Esslingen site.
- Oversee finance standards and governance.
- Manage group-wide processes, including RBS/SOX.
- Prepare HGB and US GAAP financial statements.
- Coordinate Accounting, Tax, and Compliance activities with partners.
- Manage tax filings and reports.
- Coordinate statutory and US GAAP audits.
- Serve as central contact for auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel.
- Develop management reporting for financial steering.
- Collaborate with the Shared Service Center (Slovakia).
- Ensure stable and timely month-end close.
- Advise plant management on budget, forecast, and performance.
- Execute key financial and business analyses to improve results.
- Ensure compliance with German statutory and corporate law.
- Oversee annual financial statements and timely filings.
- Document shareholder and management board resolutions.
- Collaborate with external partners on legal compliance.
