- Analyze actuals versus forecast data to identify variances
- Ensure accurate financial reporting
- Own the P&L for Germany and Canada
- Advise country leadership on profitability and finance matters
- Track and review costs, making necessary corrections
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between Commercial, Medical Affairs, and G&A teams
- Lead process improvements and enhance resource planning activities
- Manage headcount and budget allocations
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Provide leadership to Finance professionals and Office Managers across Europe
