- Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and apps
- Familiarity with iOS operating systems and apps
- Comfortable working at heights
- Safe operation above ground level
- Driving licence class BE (ideal)
- Very good German (Level B2)
- Good English skills
Aufgaben
- Provide disciplinary leadership to service technicians
- Guide and lead service technicians to complete tasks on schedule
- Analyze KPIs and PPIs
- Derive measures to improve processes and outcomes
- Keep organizational and departmental objectives in view
- Conduct regular quality and employee audits
- Ensure compliance with work instructions, standard times, and material usage
- Make operational decisions with Area Management
- Identify training needs
- Ensure targeted employee development
- Monitor service technicians' working time accounts
- Coordinate with planners to balance hours
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on site
