Field Service Representative(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

• Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or Associates Degree
• Licensed Electrician with related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• +2 years’ experience
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Strong-effective communication skills
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and test data
• Computer skills (word processing, e-mail)
• Usage of calibrated measurement instruments, high voltage test equipment, hand tools
• Ability to manage multiple inspection files and changing schedules and deadlines
• Working knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and general laboratory procedures
• Good communication skills in German and English
• Knowledge of an additional European language (i.e.: French or Italian) welcome
• Ability to travel as needed and/or with short notice
• Unrestricted travel capability within Europe

Aufgaben

• Conduct factory inspections at CSA authorized factories, both remote and on-site
• Select product samples for auditing and assess compliance with standards
• Review quality control and testing documentation
• Prepare Factory Inspection Reports (FIR) and Initial Factory Evaluation (IFE) reports
• Document inspection findings according to procedures and work instructions
• Review previous FIRs to verify correction of past deviations
• Determine corrective actions and timelines with supervision
• Assess non-compliance for potential stop shipments or removal of CSA mark
• Maintain client contact by following up and responding to inquiries
• Communicate new services to clients and assist with record updates
