Aufgaben
- Install and implement Teledyne Pharma products on-site
- Optimize hardware, software, and network configurations at customer sites
- Diagnose and resolve product performance issues
- Perform maintenance and repair services
- Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations
- Proactively address potential equipment issues
- Serve as an internal resource for technical issues
- Train other field engineers or customers as needed
- Calibrate equipment on-site for large volume customers
- Handle on-site customer service and support assignments
- Solve non-routine challenges within your area of expertise
