As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining Teledyne Pharma products while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role involves troubleshooting performance issues, providing training, and proactively addressing equipment concerns to keep operations running smoothly.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry or related scientific study, or Associate's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• •5 years related experience in laboratory troubleshooting/repairing analytical equipment
• •Experience in analytical laboratory or analytical instrument service
• •Analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Customer service experience
• •Teamwork skills
• •Professional written and oral communication skills
• •Knowledge of Excel and Word Processing software
• •Ability to travel including some overnight travel up to 75% of the time
• •Valid driver’s license
• •Acceptable in Germany
• •Proof of eligibility to live and work in Germany
• •Clean German or acceptable driving license
• •Clean drug screening
• •Fluency in English and German

Aufgaben

• •Install and implement Teledyne Pharma products on-site
• •Optimize hardware, software, and network configurations at customer locations
• •Diagnose and resolve product performance issues
• •Perform maintenance and repair services
• •Advise customers on preventive maintenance to enhance product performance
• •Proactively address potential equipment issues to avoid business interruptions
• •Serve as a technical resource for internal teams
• •Train other field engineers or customers as needed
• •Calibrate equipment on-site for large volume customers
• •Handle customer service and support assignments with defined objectives
• •Solve non-routine challenges within your area of expertise
