- Strong proficiency in instrument systems technology
- Knowledge of electrical technology
- Knowledge of mechanics technology
- Knowledge of chemistry technology
- Knowledge of software technology
- Experience with electronics systems
- Experience with pneumatic systems
- Experience with hydraulic systems
- Valid Driver's license
- Ability to travel internationally up to 30%
Aufgaben
- Install, service, and repair sophisticated equipment on-site
- Investigate and approve equipment quality
- Instruct customers on system operation and maintenance
- Serve as company liaison for administrative and technical matters
- Conduct on-site installations of electron microscopy systems
- Solve, repair, and install TEM Electron Microscope portfolio remotely and on-site
- Provide on-site training on maintenance and basic operation
- Track and maintain local spare parts inventory
- Dispatch and follow up with third-party service providers
- Supervise customer contract status
- Track and schedule on-site PM visits
- Complete and submit service support documentation accurately and on time
