Anforderungen
- Bachelor or Technical degree in Electronic or Biomedical
- Experience as Biomedical Technician, ideally in Medical devices or new starter from school
- Fluency in German and good knowledge of English
- Strong technical orientation and troubleshooting ability
- Good skills in MS Office
- Basic IT knowledge in MSSQL Database and PL/SQL scripting
- Ability to translate strategic vision into operational excellence
- Performance orientation and ability to meet targets
- Ability to travel 70%
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to train others on technical matters
- Effective interaction with all levels of staff in problem solving
- Team player working closely with Sales and Customer Service
Aufgaben
- Perform maintenance on Infusion & Pyxis products
- Install and implement CFN Infusion products
- Provide sales support at customer sites
- Manage the technical hotline
- Conduct technical training sessions
- Oversee service contracts
- Coordinate with service providers
- Handle service administration tasks
- Develop technical service relationships with sales, finance, and customer service
- Act as the technical expert for product installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Offer technical support for contract and tender quotations
- Represent the country for infusion pumps and Pyxis products in escalations and complaints
- Propose organizational changes to optimize local GCS processes
- Identify opportunities for additional service revenue
- Contribute to GCS standardization efforts
- Ensure compliance of service communication literature with BD Brand Identity and regulatory requirements
