- Hands-on mechanical or electronics experience
- Experience with communication protocols like CAN
- Customer or technical project management experience
- Professional or native proficiency in German
- Practical experience repairing machinery or electronics
- Experience with construction or agricultural machinery
- Enthusiasm for the role
- Proficiency in English
Aufgaben
- Lead technical execution of customer deployment projects
- Coordinate end-to-end technical planning with Operations
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers
- Provide hands-on support to customers and users
- Perform regular system testing for reliability and performance
- Generate performance reports to identify and resolve issues
- Improve deployment processes, tooling, and best practices
