In this role, you will empower healthcare teams by providing essential training on device handling and procedures, ensuring they achieve expert proficiency. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing training materials, managing case processes, and collaborating with key accounts to enhance patient outcomes.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor's Degree in related field
• •Minimum 3 years of related medical device or clinical experience
• •Valid driver's license
• •Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
• •Good written and verbal communication skills
• •Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• •Knowledge of cardiovascular science
• •Understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology
• •Moderate imaging analysis software skills
• •Excellent interpersonal skills
• •Entrepreneurial spirit and competitive drive

Aufgaben

• •Educate on device handling and implantation techniques
• •Train physicians and hospital staff on technical matters
• •Conduct one-on-one training sessions and structured education programs
• •Manage valve crimping and case management
• •Oversee pre-case and post-case management
• •Manage 3 Mensio and Therapy Awareness programs
• •Upsell in key strategic accounts with Business Managers
• •Develop and improve training curriculum and materials
• •Certify centers, physicians, and related staff
• •Validate software and hardware updates in the field
• •Review clinical support activities and market changes
