- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Ensure continuity of education and technical support for physicians and staff
- Certify centers, physicians, and staff according to Edwards SOPs
- Educate on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting
- Train medical personnel through one-on-one and structured education programs
- Review clinical support activities and market changes
- Interact with key opinion leaders and proctors
- Develop and improve training curriculum and materials
- Plan and implement growth strategies with Sales and Sales Management
- Learn product details, physiology, anatomy, and market applications
- Perform other incidental duties
