Anforderungen

  • •Knowledge of Advanced Optics technology, Physics, Material Science
  • •IC Process background or previous customer/industry experience
  • •Solid understanding of semiconductor process technologies
  • •Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • •Project management experience
  • •Creative thinking approach to customer challenges
  • •Excellent problem-solving skills
  • •Ability to influence situations with facts
  • •Successful in a multicultural environment
  • •Successful execution of projects in high-pressure environments
  • •Fluent in English and German
  • •Knowledge of Chinese is a plus
  • •Preferred field of studies: Physics, Material Science, Micro/Nano Electronic Engineering
  • •Bachelor's Level Degree with 2-3 years Semiconductor industry experience
  • •Master's Level Degree
  • •PhD degree is a plus
  • •Hands-on type of person
  • •Aggressively interested in learning new things
  • •Keen on communicating with customers and internally

  • •Provide applications support for KLA inspection tools
  • •Drive acceptance of new tools at customer sites
  • •Create recipes for regular production support
  • •Develop best known methods for customer use cases
  • •Train operators and engineers on equipment
  • •Analyze tool performance and collaborate on problem solving
  • •Work on complex problems and develop unique solutions
  • •Identify and manage project priorities and milestones
  • •Develop clear project schedules and track progress
  • •Collaborate with applications engineering and management
  • •Develop value propositions and project summaries for executives
  • •Establish regular communication with customers
  • •Present system values for customer use cases
  • •Communicate results and issues with the division
  • •Execute action plans and collect data
  • •Assist sales and marketing with potential opportunities
  • •Brainstorm strategies for new customer penetration and adoption
