Aufgaben
- Provide applications support for KLA inspection tools
- Drive acceptance of new tools at customer sites
- Create recipes for regular production support
- Develop best known methods for customer use cases
- Train operators and engineers on equipment
- Analyze tool performance and collaborate on problem solving
- Work on complex problems and develop unique solutions
- Identify and manage project priorities and milestones
- Develop clear project schedules and track progress
- Collaborate with applications engineering and management
- Develop value propositions and project summaries for executives
- Establish regular communication with customers
- Present system values for customer use cases
- Communicate results and issues with the division
- Execute action plans and collect data
- Assist sales and marketing with potential opportunities
- Brainstorm strategies for new customer penetration and adoption
