Field Application/Technical Support Engineer(m/w/x)

- Experience in a customer facing role
- Good knowledge of system engineering processes

- Clean and clear documentation skills

- Ability to communicate technical information effectively

- Graduate in engineering or science discipline
- Experience in customer facing technical support
- Additional technical credentials are advantageous
- Driving license
Aufgaben
- Install and test the Picarro system for enterprise customers.
- Respond to technical support requests and questions.
- Diagnose the system through remote diagnosis and debugging.
- Fix hardware and software issues and organize part replacements.
- Manage spare inventory and logistics activities.
- Support on-site customer projects.
- Address field questions with detailed technical answers.
- Log customer issues and track their resolutions.
- Perform quality control and maintain processes and procedures.
- Develop strong relationships with key customer accounts.
- Create data deliverables such as reports and dashboards.
- Provide customer support during evenings and weekends as needed.
- Prepare technical documentation and procedures.
- Train Support Level 1 and Support Level 2 staff.
- Manage periodic maintenance of Picarro systems.
