Facilities Coordinator(m/w/x)

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be the go-to person for on-site facilities management, overseeing subcontractors, coordinating technical support, and ensuring smooth operations for events and office logistics. Anforderungen
- •Proven experience in facilities management or workplace services operations
- •Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
- •Proficiency with CMMS systems (Corrigo preferred) and ERP systems (SAP/JDE)
- •Excellent communication skills and professional phone/reception etiquette
- •Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
- •Knowledge of HS&E regulations and safety compliance requirements
- •Experience with vendor management and procurement processes
- •Proactive, collaborative team player with problem-solving mindset
- •Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and think outside the box

Aufgaben
- •Serve as the primary on-site facilities contact
- •Manage all IFM subcontractors across service scope
- •Handle work requests via Corrigo CMMS system
- •Coordinate technical support for HVAC, cleaning, and maintenance
- •Staff the reception desk and manage visitor processes
- •Handle incoming calls and mail distribution
- •Manage vendor relationships and process purchase orders in SAP/JDE
- •Ensure procurement compliance
- •Coordinate ordering of consumables and office moves
- •Manage parking and employee onboarding/offboarding
- •Maintain HS&E compliance and complete required training
- •Ensure contractor safety requirements are met
- •Support event coordination and meeting room setup
- •Manage AV equipment for events
- •Process asset inventory and equipment handovers
- •Maintain occupancy planning systems
- •Provide security management support
- •Conduct physical security reporting
- •Support capital projects from initiation to completion
