- Draft communications to clients about upcoming works
- Support development of communications plans
- Ensure daily updates on local webpages
- Manage reception services
- Handle mailroom operations
- Coordinate logistics
- Distribute stationery
- Manage lost and found processes
- Oversee space appearance
- Ensure tidy and presentable environment
- Conduct daily meeting room checks
- Log proactive tickets
- Replenish stationery
- Support event set-ups
- Manage on-site storage
- Log hazards
- Ensure compliance with country-specific legislation
- Abide by CBRE & Client Health & Safety Policies
- Report accidents
- Support site audits
- Participate in building evacuation training
- Engage with CBRE communications and announcements
- Build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and supply partners
- Participate in team huddles
- Attend monthly meetings with EMEA offices
- Coordinate supplier personnel
- Supervise subcontractors
- Ensure satisfactory service delivery
- Comply with Health & Safety procedures
- Assist with incoming requests and bookings
- Communicate about upcoming spaces
- Recommend initiatives to improve local operations
