- Experience in project management and coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS systems
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Experience in project management and vendor supervision
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Aufgaben
- Organize preventive and corrective building maintenance
- Supervise technical issue resolution by teams or vendors
- Plan and manage system installation and commissioning projects
- Coordinate renovations, technical upgrades, and relocations
- Oversee external contractors to ensure company standards
- Track work orders and maintain CMMS documentation
- Conduct audits to ensure safety and technical compliance
- Support energy optimization and sustainability initiatives
- Manage technical, fire, and burglar alarm systems
- Participate in 24-hour on-call duties for technical alarms
- Furnish and set up conference and meeting rooms
- Process support requests, order numbers, and invoices
- Manage visitor passes, access controls, and parking
- Obtain and evaluate offers from external suppliers
- Administer incoming and outgoing postal services
- Maintain the tool and ladder inventory
- Review external provider badges on a monthly basis
