Aufgaben
- Build, develop, and enforce an adequate Internal Export Control Program
- Monitor export control regulations, especially German, European, and US trade laws
- Derive measures from regulatory monitoring, including internal blocking notes and escalation modes
- Develop and advance export control processes and concepts
- Draft and implement export control policies
- Conduct training sessions for departments
- Advise departments on export control matters
- Check licensing requirements based on statutory export regulations
- Perform Dual-Use and sanctions list checks
- Apply for, maintain, and report special procedures and general licenses
- Classify goods for export control purposes
- Review and implement goods classifications, especially for software and IT tools
- Ensure consistent and auditable documentation of export control relevant processes, data, and test results
- Participate in cross-functional projects and topics
