- Monitor e-sourcing status and report databases
- Negotiate global service contracts with strategic suppliers
- Deliver year-on-year incremental investments for business growth
- Steer implementation of agreed services
- Maximize services in line with value creation plans
- Analyze and compare supplier RFQ inputs
- Negotiate the best quality and price ratio
- Execute performance review meetings with strategic suppliers
- Review key performance indicators
- Ensure accurate reporting of performance data
