- Design and deliver targeted training programs
- Establish user support mechanisms
- Act as a Fieldglass subject matter expert
- Measure and monitor adoption metrics
- Identify and address adoption barriers
- Position SAP as an industry leader
- Showcase Fieldglass in SAP operations
- Prepare case studies and demonstrations
- Support customer engagements
- Contribute to thought leadership content
- Ensure compliance with SAP's requirements
