- Master/PhD in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years solid process integration experience
- Knowledge of SPC and basic statistics
- Basic data plotting and statistical analysis skills using software such as JMP
- Detailed knowledge of FEOL or BEOL process integration
- Basic understanding of semiconductor processes and tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Track record of delivering on deadlines
- Highly driven and proactive
- Basic understanding of German or willingness to learn
- Experience with Fab transfer and fab process matching
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel occasionally to Asia and/or USA
Aufgaben
- Develop next-generation high-performance power technologies
- Drive advancement of BCDlite® and BCD at Fab 1, Dresden
- Take ownership of FEOL or BEOL process module development and qualification
- Collaborate with device and process module engineers to meet performance targets
- Ensure reliability and manufacturability of technologies
- Work with sister fabs in the USA and Asia to align technology performance
- Interface with internal and external foundry customers
- Meet development timelines and transfer processes to production after qualification
