- Tender and manage general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure project adherence to timeline, budget, and quality standards
- Conduct snagging and defect resolution
- Facilitate formal handover to operations
- Document and improve buildout processes
- Develop procurement, briefing, and cost-tracking workflows
- Configure and maintain project management tools
- Manage ad-hoc requests and coordinate technicians
- Prevent downtime and implement strategic measures
- Identify and implement portfolio-wide improvements
