Anforderungen
- •Commercial training or comparable qualification
- •Experience as Executive Assistant or similar
- •HR administration experience and accounting basics
- •Strong organizational skills and structured working
- •Discretion, reliability, and personal accountability
- •Confidence with MS Office
- •Excellent German and English skills
- •Ability to work independently on-site
- •Residency in Germany, ideally Munich area

- •Provide administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director
- •Coordinate calendars, meetings, and business travel
- •Manage travel bookings and expense tracking
- •Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders
- •Prepare and follow up on meetings and presentations
- •Organize company events and internal activities
- •Address day-to-day HR-related employee questions
- •Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- •Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- •Support recruitment coordination and candidate communication
- •Prepare contracts, amendments, and HR documents
- •Manage absence tracking and vacation records
- •Escalate complex topics to management or external advisors
- •Process invoices and manage accounting data entry
- •Review and prepare expense reports
- •Coordinate with external accountants and payroll providers
- •Support monthly closing and financial reporting
