Ex-Retail Partnerships Coordinator(m/w/x)
Developing retail partnerships in the Swiss German region, supporting festivals, fairs, and HoReCa. Prospecting for new opportunities and managing negotiations required. Annual performance bonus, diverse health plans, and transportation support.
Anforderungen
- Valid Swiss driving license
- Previous experience in face-to-face interactions (sales or B2B)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Sales or CFC with relevant experience
- Fluent English and Swiss German
- French/Italian knowledge is a plus
- Structured and organized execution of projects
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Efficient remote work capability
- Excellent communication (oral & written)
- Creative and curious
- Eagerness to learn and improve processes
- Attention to detail
- Great team player
- Good knowledge of MS office tools (PowerPoint, Excel)
Aufgaben
- Develop external retail partnerships in Swiss German region
- Support partnerships across festivals, fairs, and HoReCa
- Lead prospecting for new partnership opportunities
- Manage negotiations within budget frameworks
- Establish long-term collaborations
- Coordinate activation execution with external agencies
- Supervise activations to ensure operational excellence
- Scout new locations for D2C activations
- Support deployment of consumer experience activations
- Ensure quality of experience during activations
- Report observations and propose improvements
- Manage administrative follow-up and POs
- Support performance monitoring
- Facilitate data reporting to ex-retail team
- Contribute innovative ideas and improvements
- Collaborate with trade, digital, and CX teams
