- Bridge client needs with internal departments
- Gather feedback on product and service needs
- Prioritize product development efforts based on client input
- Collaborate with sales account executives to meet client information needs
- Coordinate with the data deliverable team for regular and ad hoc data deliveries
- Interact with the research team for in-depth topic insights
