- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working in international, dynamic environments
Aufgaben
- Apply and develop group-wide environmental and social risk frameworks
- Manage sustainability interfaces across the group
- Develop standards for managing environmental and social business issues
- Handle requests from rating agencies and external sustainability initiatives
- Manage stakeholder engagement and dialogue
- Conduct environmental and social due diligence for clients and transactions
- Develop guidelines and processes for project finance due diligence
- Lead complex implementation projects for sustainability processes
- Prepare environmental and social presentations for bank committees
- Train global employees on environmental and social risks
- Engage with clients and NGOs on sustainability topics
- Represent the bank in regional external initiatives and committees
