  • •Define ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification roadmaps
  • •Drive the company toward full regulatory compliance
  • •Ensure adherence to local, national, and EU standards
  • •Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs
  • •Minimize workplace hazards through proactive policies
  • •Conduct regular facility and equipment audits
  • •Identify opportunities for EHS process improvements
  • •Monitor and improve HSE performance metrics
  • •Train employees on safety policies and best practices
  • •Foster a proactive culture of workplace safety
  • •Oversee EHS activities across three distinct sites
  • •Manage safety at the propulsion systems test site
  • •Support the safe handling of hazardous materials
  • •Coordinate robust emergency response and fire plans
  • •Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes
  • •Implement corrective actions to prevent incident recurrence
  • •Manage safety alerts and communicate key findings
  • •Oversee proper hazardous waste disposal
  • •Support the Quality Management System development
  • •Ensure compliance with REACH and ROHS regulations
  • •Provide expert health and safety advice for products
  • •Contribute to project-level risk and hazard analysis
