Aufgaben

• •Define ISO 14001 and 45001 certification roadmaps
• •Drive the company toward full ISO compliance
• •Ensure adherence to local, national, and EU regulations
• •Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs
• •Conduct regular facility inspections and audits
• •Monitor and improve HSE performance metrics
• •Provide continuous EHS training to employees
• •Foster a proactive culture of safety
• •Oversee EHS management across three distinct sites
• •Manage the safe handling of hazardous materials
• •Coordinate robust emergency response plans
• •Investigate incidents to determine root causes
• •Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• •Manage safety alerts and communicate recommendations
• •Oversee proper hazardous waste disposal
• •Support the Quality Management System development
• •Ensure compliance with REACH and ROHS regulations
• •Provide expert safety advice for project risk management
