Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline/experience
- Minimum 5+ years IT experience in architecture role
- Well-versed in Enterprise Architecture
- TOGAF Certification or other architecture professional certification a plus
- Apparel experience strongly desired
- Consumer products, and/or apparel retailing experience preferred
- SAP Retail or equivalent Retail Merchandising System experience preferred
- Hybris, ATG, Sterling or other headless eCommerce platforms experience preferred
- Point of Sale and other Retail System implementation experience preferred
- Understanding of technology directions, trends and strategic business impacts
- Proficiency in process management, technology evaluation, project management and business intelligence
- Familiarity with balanced scorecard, ITIL, COBIT, SOX and PCI standards preferred
- Experience leading systems implementations
- Clear understanding of SDLC and project/business process management
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to serve as a change agent and influence business direction
- Ability to work effectively in a global and matrixed environment
- Deep understanding and experience in cross-channel architecture

- Collaborate with business and IT to define requirements
- Define new requirements and drive innovation
- Set future direction for capabilities
- Outline strategic roadmaps
- Assure delivery with relevant teams
- Document IT capability requirements with IT leaders
- Deliver IT strategic roadmaps for retail channels
- Incorporate industry best practices into deliverables
- Align solution design with domain architecture
- Lead enterprise evaluations and analyses
- Partner with IT to design integrated IT solutions
- Provide architecture consulting to solution architects
- Analyze and recommend enterprise performance
- Advise IT and business leaders on technology solutions
- Mentor and coach solution architects
- Represent Retail and Omni-Channel at IT Architectural Board
- Work with external vendors for best practices
