- Certification in Retail Operations is an added advantage
- Certification in Point of Sale is an added advantage
- Certification in store back-office systems is an added advantage
- Certification in ERP is an added advantage
- Certification in Buying & Merchandizing is an added advantage
- Certification in Store Management is an added advantage
- Comfortable working with complex stakeholders set up
- Knowledge of Optimization techniques is a plus
- Applying AI/ML for smarter operations is a plus
- Applying Automation for smarter operations is a plus
- Applying advanced analytics for smarter operations is a plus
- Productivity improvements through AI/ML is a plus
- Productivity improvements through Automation is a plus
- Productivity improvements through advanced analytics is a plus
Aufgaben
- Manage and lead client projects in the Retail domain
- Analyze problems in the Retail domain area
- Define vision and strategy for clients
- Propose possible solutions for clients
- Drive use case realization with technology teams
- Lead or participate in engagements defining vision and strategy for Retail clients
- Cover areas like Omni-Channel, Store Back-office Operations, Supply Chain, Buying & Merchandizing, PLM, Assortment Planning, Demand & Supply planning, Pricing & Promotions, CRM & Loyalty, Store Location planning, and Retail Analytics
- Work closely with clients to understand strategy and vision
- Define process blueprints for clients
- Detail requirements for technology teams
- Scan retail operations to identify key personas
- Identify challenges and bottlenecks
- Define process blueprints
- Finalize TO-BE capabilities
- Develop technology roadmaps to address challenges and scale operations
- Research and benchmark retail operations
- Suggest innovations and best practices
- Apply optimization techniques (analytics, AI/ML, scenario planning)
- Improve retail operations
- Measure and report on KPIs
- Deliver value to clients
- Analyze process areas to identify problems/challenges
- Partner with technology teams to ideate solutions
- Drive go-to-market strategies
- Proactively present solutions to clients
- Win consulting deals
