- Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI
- Experience operating evaluation frameworks for AI

Aufgaben
- Define and maintain architecture principles, standards, and reference architectures
- Own and evolve technology roadmaps
- Establish and run architecture governance
- Assess and steer major technology and vendor decisions
- Maintain the enterprise architecture landscape
- Ensure architectural decisions meet enterprise-wide non-functional requirements
- Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams
- Coach engineering teams on architectural principles and standards
- Review designs for conformance
- Validate architectural decisions by building, prototyping, or contributing to platform and tooling
- Design and build paved paths, templates, and self-service tooling
- Build and evolve tooling and guardrails for AI-assisted development
- Encode AI practices into architecture standards
- Own the reliability, scalability, and cost profile of platform services
- Reduce toil and cognitive load for product engineering teams
- Take ownership of ambiguous or orphaned technical areas
- Drive legacy systems, integrations, and tooling to a stable state
- Coach teams on platform literacy and engineering practices
