Anforderungen
- Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience
- Experience in eCommerce, retail, and banking industries
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue quota
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and partner success teams
- Self-starter and goal-oriented
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills in German and English
- Knowledge of CRM software
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields

- Prospect and acquire new clients
- Demo the platform to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts
- Stay informed about new products and competition
- Communicate the value proposition through proposals
- Deliver engaging presentations to clients
- Support the Sales Development Representative team
- Generate new qualified opportunities through outbound strategies
- Present sales and revenue forecasts to management
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline
