Aufgaben
- Lead and manage a team of engineers

- Help engineers build a platform for other functional squads
- Hold the team accountable to high engineering standards
- Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement
- Align feedback with other teams for smooth operations
- Partner with product managers and designers to develop a clear vision
- Ensure the squad defines objectives aligned with company goals
- Track sprints and progress for the squad
- Ensure processes align with company expectations
- Facilitate collaboration with squad stakeholders
- Partner with the hiring team to recruit talented engineers
- Improve the hiring process for the team
- Ensure effective onboarding of new team members
- Model company values and behaviors
