Anforderungen
- 4+ years of experience as a Java Software Engineer
- 3+ years of experience with frontend web development and TypeScript, preferably React
- 1+ year of experience as a Staff Engineer or equivalent level
- Development in Java with clean and maintainable code
- Good knowledge of engineering processes, structural design, and system optimization
- Excellent engineering skills and understanding of Computer Science fundamentals
- Experience architecting cloud-native applications on AWS
- Experience with relational RDBMS (such as Postgres) and SQL
- Code Quality practices and experience in using testing frameworks
- Knowledge of build tools (Maven or Gradle) and experience with version control system such as git
- Experience in fast evolving environment (e.g. testing, experimentation, prototyping)
- Extensive hands-on experience with experimentation, preferably from consumer app world
Aufgaben
- Develop new features for SonarQube Server and Cloud
- Write unit tests and integration tests for new features
- Define application architecture on AWS
- Drive sprints to completion with strong ownership
- Deploy and monitor new features in production
- Resolve production issues related to team features
- Mentor engineers to enhance their technical skills
- Remove blockers to engineer autonomy
- Collaborate with Product Managers and UX designers on feature specifications
- Contribute to defining team goals and initiatives
- Implement and track results of experiments
