Aufgaben
- Build autonomous, high-performing teams with commercial and security awareness
- Foster a safe, zero-apathy environment with delegated decision-making
- Ensure technical decisions align with business goals and are documented
- Deliver predictable technical results and maintain operational health
- Manage the full software lifecycle across multiple teams and streams
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and long-term platform evolution
- Provide technical oversight and ensure designs meet domain standards
- Enforce engineering excellence through architectural diagrams and ADRs
- Establish on-call rotations and high-fidelity operational playbooks
- Drive rigorous root-cause analysis for all technical incidents
- Implement observability and monitoring for data-informed decision-making
- Manage individual performance standards and engineering onboarding
- Represent team technical interests and resolve cross-team dependencies
- Prioritize engineering focus by managing interruptions and context-switching
- Lead stakeholder engagement and sequence work for achievable milestones
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform health
- Manage technical debt as a strategic financial instrument
- Collaborate with Product and Ops to balance Capex and FinOps efficiency
- Manage incidents with rapid escalation and clear progress communication
- Set growth milestones and lead career progression conversations
- Communicate organizational changes and ensure team buy-in
- Advocate for engineers in promotion cycles and mentor future leaders
- Enforce a security-first culture and track DORA metrics
- Monitor DX objectives and proactive vulnerability remediation
- Construct autonomous squads with specialized depth in architecture and FinOps
- Remove blockers and accelerate decision-making through radical ownership
- Source top-tier talent and execute proactive retention strategies
- Partner with Product, UX, and InfoSec to secure strategic alignment
- Resolve interpersonal conflicts to maintain an inclusive environment
